Shopping policy.


We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, but more than anything we love PayPal. If you do not have any of these, then we will accept a bank transfer payment - that only goes for domestic (Belgian) transactions though.

Processing and shipment:

Order processing takes between 2 to 5 business days. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by destination at point of purchase but are fixed for weight, which means ordering multiple items is to your advantage.

All orders are shipped with Belgian Postal Service and have a tracking number. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with all the information necessary for following the package on its safe journey to you.

Please, note that we do not ship to PO boxes and are not responsible for payment of any customs, taxes or tariffs imposed by your country of residence.

Douglas Firs return policy:

Merchandise in saleable condition with all original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Merchandise must be accompanied by both the original sales receipt and a return form. No price adjustments or price matching.

Please, be so kind to fill in the return form (attached to your receipt) with clear indications of whether you want an exchange or a refund, and a reason for such.

Douglas Firs is not responsible for return shipment costs. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
